Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To process your refund or reprint, we'll need:
A clear photo or video of the damaged or defective item.
A description of the issue.
Once we receive this information, we will either:
Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
Process a reprint of the product at no additional cost.
Non-Defective Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective products, including:
Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs ordered by the customer.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct. If you are uncertain about sizing or design, feel free to contact us for assistance before placing your order.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
In the event that your package is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address, we may not be able to offer a full refund. However, we will work with Printify to investigate the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a reprint or partial refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us via our contact page. In your message, please provide:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we will review it and get back to you with the next steps via email.
Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an issue on your end (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Note on Printify’s Role as Our Vendor
Please note that we use Printify as our print-on-demand partner. As a result, we rely on Printify’s fulfillment services for production and shipping. If an issue arises related to the production or quality of the product, we will handle the process through Printify’s support system and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
